Your subscription to the Level Up Program tier you selected will continue until you cancel. If you do nothing, we will charge the payment method you selected in the amount required to cover the cost of the subscription. If you selected a monthly payment plan, your payment method will be charged monthly. If you selected an annual payment plan, your payment method will be charged annually. If you qualified for the subscription by locking up or staking CRO, you will not be charged a fee. However, if your staked or locked up CRO falls below the required amount, you will no longer be eligible for the program benefits. You may cancel your subscription at any time by selecting Cancel Subscription under Manage Subscription under Level Up in the Crypto.com App. Whether you are eligible to receive a refund and, if you are eligible, whether the refund is full or partial is determined by the terms and conditions and the Level Up Program FAQs. For residents of California, Maryland, New Jersey and Wisconsin, by participating in the CRO Lockup, you agree to store the required amount of CRO with Crypto.com. For all other US residents, by participating in CRO Lockup, you agree to designate the required CRO for on-chain staking. See Addendum 11 of the Crypto.com App and Web T&Cs.
