Crypto.com Supports the Toncoin (TON) Rebranding to Gram (GRAM)

Crypto.com is supporting the Toncoin (TON) rebranding to Gram (GRAM) token rebrand. As a result, trading, deposits and withdrawals of TON in the Crypto.com App and Crypto.com Exchange will remain available until June 24, 2026 (‘Effective Date’), 02:00 UTC and 03:00 UTC, respectively, after which they will be permanently suspended.

TON tokens will be converted to GRAM tokens at a later date, at a 1:1 (TON to GRAM) ratio according to the TON balance in eligible users’ Crypto Wallet in the Crypto.com App and account on the Crypto.com Exchange at the time of the delisting. The following changes will also take place:

Crypto.com App

Limit Orders and TWAP Orders 

TON Limit orders and TWAP orders will be automatically terminated after the Effective Date. 

Crypto Basket

TON trading via Crypto Basket will no longer be available after the Effective Date. 

Pay On-ramp

TON purchases via Pay On-ramp will be suspended on the Effective Date. 

Send

TON payments via Crypto.com Send will be suspended on the Effective Date. 

Card Top-Up

TON will no longer be available for Card Top-Up (including Auto Top-Up).

Crypto Earn
TON deposits and withdrawals will be disabled from June 24, 2026. During this rebranding period, users will receive their final TON rewards and their active TON balance in crypto earn will be swapped to GRAM. During the swapping, rewards will continue to accrue and users will only receive rewards in GRAM thereafter if any. 

Note: Crypto Earn services are only applicable where the feature is accessible.

Staking

TON staking and unstaking will be disabled from June 23, 2026 and all staked TON will be converted to GRAM at a 1:1 ratio. During this rebranding period, rewards will continue to accrue.

Crypto.com Exchange 

Spot Trading and Trading Bots

Open TON Spot orders will be closed, and active trading bots will be automatically terminated after the Effective Date. Users are advised to settle all negative TON balances, and any open positions will be closed by the Effective Date. 

Perpetual Contract

The TONUSD-PERP Perpetual contract will be delisted from the Crypto.com Exchange on June 23, 2026, 08:00 UTC. Kindly take the necessary steps to close your position(s) for the contract above before it is delisted.

Any open positions after the aforementioned date and time will be automatically settled* against the TWAP.

*Note: Taker fees will be charged for any automatic settlements 

Margin Trading

TON as margin collateral will no longer be available after the Effective Date. You are advised to clear TON negative balances(if any) prior to the delisting date. Any open negative positions will be closed after the Effective Date.

A separate announcement will be made when the token rebranding is complete and when GRAM trading, deposits, and withdrawals are enabled.
