“0% trading fees” Campaign Terms and Conditions

*USD trading pairs refer to pairs which can be traded with your USD Balance. The USD Balance is a combination of the BUSD, TUSD, and USDC stablecoins, along with the U.S. Dollar in selected countries.
“0% trading fees” refers to the offer of zero trading fees for both Taker and Maker transactions for all users for the stated above trading pairs.
“0% trading fees” is offered by Crypto.com to Crypto.com Exchange users who are eligible for Spot trading. Notwithstanding the above, the grant of the “0% trading fees” offer to participants shall be at the sole discretion of Crypto.com.
The “0% trading fees” offer is void where it is prohibited or restricted by law.
“0% trading fees” campaign will commence from 11 November 2022, 00:00 UTC and end at 3 April 2023, 23:59 UTC as determined by Crypto.com in its sole discretion.
Selected stablecoins (BUSD, TUSD, and USDC) and the U.S. Dollar (in selected countries) will be combined to form a USD Bundle directly in your wallet.
Maker transactions on eligible pairs will still contribute towards Maker Volume Score for Market-Makers.
Maker transactions by all users (including Market-Makers) on eligible fee holiday trading pairs will incur zero fees (no rebates).
Any trades that are executed through bad trading practices in Crypto.com’s absolute opinion, including but not limited to wash trades, false trading, self-dealing, or trades that display any attributes of market manipulation (“Disqualified Trades”) will not be eligible for the campaign.
Participants of the campaign must have successfully completed KYC verification and all other onboarding procedures specified in the Crypto.com Exchange and comply with all campaign terms and conditions provided by Crypto.com to be eligible.
Crypto.com will disqualify any entry from participants who do not meet the eligibility requirements as solely and absolutely determined by Crypto.com.
Crypto.com reserves the right to cancel or amend the campaign terms and conditions at our sole discretion.
