What is PayPal USD?
Launched by the digital payment giant PayPal in August 2023, PayPal USD (PYUSD) is a decentralised stablecoin pegged to the US dollar at a 1:1 ratio. It is fully backed by US Dollar deposits, short-term US treasuries, and similar cash equivalents.
How to participate?
- Sign up or sign in to the Crypto.com App (Guide)
- Perform Net Deposits* of PYUSD, USDC, or USDT worth at least US$100 during the Campaign Period (Deposit Guide, Purchase Guide).
- Simply maintain all or part of the Net Deposits amount in your Crypto Wallet or deposit your assets in Crypto Earn during the Qualifying Period (a period of 30 days after the Campaign Period ends)
Every eligible US$100 of Qualifying Net Deposits amount** will count as one entry into the lucky draw.
145 eligible participants will be selected to win up to US$1,000 in PYUSD each in accordance with the table below:

*Net Deposits = Deposits from external exchanges and wallets (PYUSD, USDC, USDT) + Buy from fiat (PYUSD, USDC, USDT) – Sells to fiat (PYUSD, USDC, USDT) – Withdrawals (PYUSD, USDC, USDT)
** Qualifying Net Deposits are calculated as the lower of either of the following amounts:
(1) Total Net Deposits of PYUSD, USDC, and USDT made during the Campaign Period; or
(2) The daily average combined balance of PYUSD, USDC, and USDT in Crypto Wallet and Crypto Earn during the Qualifying Period minus the total combined balance of PYUSD, USDC, and USDT in the user’s Crypto Wallet and Crypto Earn at the beginning of the Campaign Period

- The Stablecoin Net Deposit Campaign is offered by Crypto.com to Crypto.com App users who have successfully completed the identification process and all other onboarding procedures specified in the Crypto.com App by the end of the Campaign Period.
- Any trades that are executed through bad trading practices in Crypto.com’s absolute opinion, including but not limited to wash trades, false trading, self-dealing, or trades that display any attributes of market manipulation (‘disqualified trades’), will not be counted towards the participant’s transaction volume.
- Crypto.com will disqualify any entry from participants who do not meet the eligibility requirements as solely and absolutely determined by Crypto.com.
- The PYUSD rewards will be credited to the recipients’ Crypto.com App account in PYUSD tokens within 90 days after the campaign ends.
- Crypto.com reserves the right to cancel the campaign or amend the campaign mechanics or rules at any time at our sole discretion.
- By participating in the Stablecoin Net Deposit Campaign, participants acknowledge having read the Global Marketing Privacy Notice of Crypto.com, which is published at https://crypto.com/privacy/marketing and understand that we may use their personal information for the purposes of assessing their eligibility to participate in the campaign, identity verification, draw and reward redemption.
