Part 1: New User Deposit Campaign (US$25,000 Prize Pool)
The first 5,000 new users to deposit at least US$5 worth of any crypto during the Campaign Period will win US$5 of GARI each. Existing users who already have a Crypto.com App account at the start of the Campaign Period are not eligible to participate in Part 1.
How to participate?

Part 2: Net Buy Campaign (US$25,000 Prize Pool)

How to participate?

- Net Buy* at least US$10 of GARI in the Crypto.com App during the Campaign Period

*’Net Buy’ as stated herein shall mean the total US$ value of purchases minus total US$ value of a user’s sales and/or withdrawals of the token, which may be expressed as follows:

Part 3: Trading Campaign (USD$50,000 Prize Pool)
The top 5,000 users (new and existing) ranked by GARI Trading Volume** by the end the Campaign Period will win up to US$500 of GARI
How to participate?
- Download or log in to the Crypto.com App
- Trade (Buy or Sell) at least US$10 in any one transaction of GARI during the Campaign Period
- Users ranking in the top 5,000 in terms of GARI Trading Volume** are eligible to win a prize according to the reward table shown below.
**‘GARI Trading Volume’ means the total USD value of a user’s purchases and sales of the token during the Campaign Period, with a minimum threshold of US$10 per transaction.

What is Chingari?
In 2020, Chingari disrupted the influencer and video creator economy in India by sharing 30% of revenue earned on the platform with the creators. This was during a time when content creators had limited avenues to make money from their work on other social media platforms.

- Participation in the campaign is strictly optional.

- The GARI Net Buy & Sell Trading Campaign is offered by Crypto.com to Crypto.com App users who have successfully completed the identification process and all other onboarding procedures specified in the Crypto.com App by the end of the campaign period.
- Any trades that are executed through bad trading practices in Crypto.com’s absolute opinion, including but not limited to wash trades, false trading, self-dealing, or trades that display any attributes of market manipulation (‘disqualified trades’), will not be counted towards the participant’s transaction volume.
- Crypto.com will disqualify any entry from participants who do not meet the eligibility requirements as solely and absolutely determined by Crypto.com.
- The GARI rewards will be credited to the recipients’ Crypto.com App account in GARI tokens within 90 days after the campaign ends.
- Recipients will be notified via email 14 days after the reward distribution is completed for confirmation.
- The GARI/USD exchange rate used to administer the campaign will be determined around the time of prize distribution at the sole discretion of Crypto.com.
- Crypto.com reserves the right to cancel the campaign or amend the campaign mechanics or rules at any time at our sole discretion.
- By participating in the Gari Exclusive Campaign, participants acknowledge having read the Privacy Notice of Crypto.com, which is published at https://crypto.com/privacy/marketing and understand that we may use your personal information for the purposes of assessing your eligibility to participate in the campaign, identity verification and prize redemption.
