Where does my donation go?
Your donation* will help the Red Cross Red Crescent to provide assistance to people affected by the humanitarian crisis in Ukraine and impacted countries. The funds will be used to provide first aid, psychosocial support, food, medicine, shelter and other essential items.
The Red Cross Red Crescent is the world’s largest humanitarian network. The Ukrainian Red Cross Society and the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) were already working in Ukraine prior to the recent escalation in the conflict. Meanwhile in neighbouring countries, with the support of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), local Red Cross teams are providing care and support to people who have fled the violence. And now, when an emergency is too severe for local support systems to respond, the Red Cross Red Crescent teams from around the world have been mobilised to provide additional support.

Is there a cap on the donations that Crypto.com will match?
Yes, up to USD 1 million, and on donations made from 25 March 10:00 UTC to 31 March 23:59 UTC.
Can I donate in cryptocurrency?
Yes. Crypto donations can be made via https://crypto.com/donate and will be converted to fiat currency (see question 4 for details) before being transferred to the Red Cross Red Crescent.
How will my crypto donation be handled before transferring to the Red Cross Red Crescent?
Your cryptocurrency donation will be converted to TUSD (or such other cryptocurrency as may be) after each successful donation to avoid fluctuation risks in the value of the donated cryptocurrency, and then be converted from TUSD to EUR after the campaign period.
Are there any transaction fees with Crypto.com Pay for this donation?
Crypto.com will not impose any charges or fees against any amount donated. 100% of the crypto donations (subject to any third-party processing fees) will be transferred to the Red Cross Red Crescent in support of people affected by the humanitarian crisis in Ukraine and impacted countries.
How does my purchase of an NFT count as a donation?
You can purchase an NFT listed here with a credit/debit card or crypto. Proceeds from the purchase will be transferred to the Red Cross Red Crescent.

Can I donate without purchasing an NFT?
You can donate either by cryptocurrency using Crypto.com Pay, or by credit/debit card via the Red Cross Red Crescent campaign page. Learn more about the donation options at crypto.com/donate.
Will I receive a confirmation of my contribution?
Yes. Transaction confirmations will be made available for all contributions to the campaign. For donations made via credit/debit card, a confirmation email will be sent immediately. For transactions made via Crypto.com Pay or Crypto.com NFT, you will see transaction record status in the payment records in the Crypto.com App, or receive an email receipt for your collectible purchase. Please reach out to your country’s tax authorities to know if your contribution is eligible for a tax deduction.
