The minimum One-Time buy or sell amount in the App is the equivalent of US$1. For One-Time orders, the conversion rate is valid for 15 seconds. If you don’t confirm within that window, the rate refreshes. Once a One-Time order has been placed, it cannot be canceled because it is executed immediately.
