Please note that the VELODROME contract migration on the Crypto.com App and Exchange has been completed as of 19 Dec 2023.
VELODROME deposits and withdrawals have been resumed, and the 1:1 issuance of new VELODROME V2 tokens to existing $VELODROME token holders is complete.
Velodrome Finance (VELODROME) will be launching Velodrome V2, a protocol overhaul that lays the foundation for an array of powerful features such as concentrated liquidity pools, customisable pool fees, and automated veNFT management. To achieve this, a contract migration from V1 to V2 will occur at a later date.
Crypto.com will support this upgrade, and VELODROME V2 tokens will be sent to every Crypto.com App and Exchange user who currently has a VELODROME balance at a 1:1 ratio. This will be done at a later date. It is recommended that you keep your VELODROME holdings in your Crypto Wallet in the App or Spot Wallet in the Exchange to ensure that the VELODROME V2 tokens are delivered directly to your respective accounts.
VELODROME deposits and withdrawals in the App and Exchange will be suspended from 14 December 2023 onwards. Spot trading of VELODROME will not be affected on either the App or Exchange.
Distribution Details for Crypto.com App Users
Crypto.com App users with VELODROME balances in their Crypto Wallet will receive VELODROME V2 tokens upon completion of the contract migration. Please note that all pending transactions and open orders are excluded from your balance.
Distribution Details for Crypto.com Exchange Users
Crypto.com Exchange users with VELODROME balances in their Spot Wallet will receive VELODROME V2 upon completion of the contract migration. Please note that all pending transactions and open orders are excluded from your balance.
A separate announcement will be made when deposits and withdrawals of VELODROME V2 have resumed on the App and Exchange.
