System maintenance for the Crypto.com App, Exchange, NFT, DeFi Wallet, Pay, Price, and Tax is scheduled to commence at 00:00 UTC on 11 July 2022. It is expected to take approximately five hours.
What will be affected during system maintenance:
Crypto.com App
All transactions in the Crypto.com App will be temporarily unavailable. Users will not be able to log in. The Crypto.com Visa Card will still be functional, but spending rewards will be delayed during the maintenance period.
Crypto.com Exchange
All transactions on the Crypto.com Exchange will be temporarily unavailable. All new orders will not be accepted. Any Derivatives orders prior to maintenance will be cancelled. Position will not be closed, and position close request will not be accepted. Transfers will be temporarily disabled. Users will not be able to log in to both the Web and App versions of the Exchange. Exchange App users may be required to log in again after the maintenance.
Crypto.com NFT
All features and services on Crypto.com NFT will be temporarily unavailable, including the Marketplace. Users will not be able to log in.
Crypto.com DeFi Wallet
Users will not be able to connect the Crypto.com DeFi Wallet to the Crypto.com App. Should you have connected your Crypto.com DeFi Wallet to the Crypto.com App, please check the connection after the maintenance and reconnect it if necessary.
DeFi Dashboard and Reward Swap
DeFi dashboard and Reward Swap will be unavailable.
Crypto.com Pay
Crypto.com Pay services including Checkout, Gift Card, Airtime and Pay Your Friends will be temporarily unavailable. Users will not be able to use Crypto.com Pay on third-party merchant websites.
Merchants will not be able to log in to the Crypto.com Pay Merchant Dashboard, nor will they be able to accept crypto payments via Crypto.com Pay. In addition, merchants will not be able to issue invoices.
Services in the Crypto.com Shop will also be unavailable during this period.
Crypto.com Price
You will not be able to log in with your Crypto.com App account. The Crypto.com Exchange Data on Price will be stale.
Crypto.com Tax
All features on Crypto.com Tax will be temporarily unavailable and users will not be able to log in.
