- Participation in the Recurring Buy Campaign is optional.
- The Recurring Buy Campaign is offered by Crypto.com to Crypto.com App users only, excluding users from Austria, Brazil, Canada, France, Finland, Germany, Hong Kong, Netherlands, Norway, South Korea, Spain, United Kingdom, Rhode Island, Florida and New York.

- Crypto.com App users who sign up, complete three Recurring Buys with an average volume of US$100 from 12 Jul 2022, 12:00 GMT – 12 Aug 2022, 23:59 GMT (the ‘Campaign Period’) will be eligible to participate in the Recurring Buy Campaign.
- The first 100 eligible users will each win US$50 of CRO. All winners will receive a confirmation email and the CRO prizes will be deposited into the winner’s CRO Wallet in the Crypto.com App within 21 days after the Campaign End Date.
- Winners of the Crypto.com swag will be notified by email with delivery details, and the choices of swag are subject to stock availability. Crypto.com does not guarantee the availability of caps or wireless chargers. Crypto.com may regard winners forfeit the prizes if winners have not successfully provided valid delivery details before the due date.
- Participants of the campaign must have successfully completed KYC verification and all other onboarding procedures specified in the Crypto.com App and comply with all campaign rules provided by Crypto.com to be eligible.
- Participants who do not meet the campaign eligibility requirements will be disqualified. Winners will be determined at the sole and absolute discretion of Crypto.com.
- Any trades that are executed through bad trading practices in Crypto.com’s absolute opinion, including but not limited to wash trades, false trading, self-dealing, or trades that display any attributes of market manipulation (“Disqualified Trades”) will not be counted towards the transaction volume of the participant.
- Crypto.com is not responsible for paying any additional fees associated with the redemption or usage of the prizes e.g including but not limited to, travelling costs, personal expenses, taxes, etc.
- By participating in the campaign, participants acknowledge having read the Crypto.com Privacy Notice, which is published at https://crypto.com/privacy/global , and agree that Crypto.com will use the information provided for the purposes of identity verification, assessing participants’ eligibility to participate in the campaign, prize draw and prize delivery.
