We are pleased to announce that the Crypto.com Wallet Extension is now available. The browser extension enables users to connect their DeFi Wallet with decentralised apps (DApps), offering a seamless experience when interacting with their favourite DApps on the desktop. For example, users of the Crypto.com DeFi Swap can now choose to connect to their DeFi Wallet. We are currently supporting the Ethereum network and the Cronos testnet, with Cronos mainnet and other networks coming soon.
The Wallet Extension will serve as a bridge to the mobile version of Crypto.com DeFi Wallet. Please note that the mobile app will still be required for token approvals and transaction confirmations. Users will receive push notifications and be prompted to the App when performing transactions on the Extension, providing an added layer of security.
