To gift crypto in the App, open the Super App Menu, select Pay, tap Send, and choose the recipient from your contacts. For transfers to friends not yet registered to the App, tap Send & Refer. Users can also personalise a message by selecting Add Notes.

- Participation in the International Friendship Day Promotion is strictly optional.
- No purchase is necessary to enter or participate.
- The International Friendship Day Promotion is open only to users who:
- are eighteen (18) years of age or older, or the minimum age required in their jurisdiction of residence to have the necessary legal capacity, right, power, and authority to accept these Rules;
- are existing users of the Crypto.com App having successfully completed the identification process by the end of the Promotion Period and/or have a Crypto.com NFT account that, in each case, is not suspended, terminated, or otherwise restricted.
- Crypto.com will disqualify any entry from participants who do not meet the eligibility requirements as solely and absolutely determined by Crypto.com.
- By participating in the promotion, selected entrants agree to the Privacy Notice of Crypto.com, which is published at https://crypto.com/privacy/global or otherwise provided to you within the Crypto.com App.

- Promotion Period and Mechanics:
From 29 July 2022, 12:00 UTC to 4 August 2022, 23:59 UTC (“Promotion Period”), a user who:- uses the Pay Your Friends feature to make three transfers to three unique users of at least US$30 worth of crypto per transfer will be awarded 30 Diamonds in the Crypto.com App Missions feature.
- uses the Pay Your Friends feature to send: (i) at least three valid transfers to three unique users; and, (ii) a total of at least US$300 worth of crypto will be eligible to receive a special International Friendship Day NFT.
- Diamonds from the Missions Reward Store:
- Users who send US$30 worth of crypto via the Pay Your Friends feature to at least three unique users each will receive 30 Diamonds from the Missions Reward Store.
- Users who are qualified for the Diamonds will receive a confirmation email within 14 days after the end of the Promotion Period.
- The Diamonds will be credited into the qualified user’s Crypto.com App within 21 days after the end of the Promotion Period.
- The Complimentary Special NFT:
- In making transfers through the Pay Your Friends feature,
- Users who send US$300 to US$499 worth of crypto will be eligible to receive the Dango Dudes NFT;
- Users who send US$500 to US$999 worth of crypto will be eligible to receive the Tempura Trio NFT;
- Users who send above US$1,000 worth of crypto will be eligible to receive the Banana Buds NFT.
- In addition to meeting the minimum transfer amount requirements, a user needs to make valid Pay Your Friends transfers to three unique users to be eligible to receive the relevant NFT.
- Each user will only be eligible to receive one NFT based on the total cumulative transfers made during the Promotion Period.
- Users who are qualified for the special NFT will receive a confirmation email within 14 days after the end of the Promotion Period.
- Users must maintain a Crypto.com NFT account to be eligible to receive the NFT. Users’ Crypto.com NFT and Crypto.com App accounts must be registered and connected using the same email address.
- Users who fail to connect their Crypto.com NFT and Crypto.com App accounts will not be eligible to receive the NFT.
- In making transfers through the Pay Your Friends feature,
- Valid Pay Your Friends Transfers:
- A Pay Your Friends transfer will only be valid when it is sent to an active Crypto.com account or to a new user who then successfully registers a Crypto.com account within seven days.
- Round-tripping transfers will not be taken into consideration in the calculation of the eligible transfer threshold. For instance, transfers from a recipient back to the original sender will not be taken into consideration in meeting the required transfer threshold. (i.e. User A sends US$30 to User B. User B later sends US$30 back to User A. The US$30, in this case, will not be considered as an eligible transfer for each of User A and User B.)
- Notice and other matters:
- The International Friendship Day promotion is not valid with any other offers or promotions. It is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or any other items.
- Crypto.com reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend these Rules at our sole discretion without prior notice to you.
