On-Chain Staking Now Available for SOL in the Crypto.com DeFi Wallet

We’re thrilled to introduce the launch of on-chain staking for SOL in the Crypto.com DeFi Wallet, now available on both iOS and Android devices!

With on-chain staking, you can stake your SOL in just a few taps, earning rewards while helping to secure the Solana network. Staked SOL is auto-compounded to maximise your rewards over time. You also enjoy the flexibility of unstaking anytime in a secure and convenient manner*.

To get started with on-chain staking for SOL, simply navigate to the Earn tab in the DeFi Wallet app, and select SOL (POS Staking). You can then enter your desired amount of SOL to stake. The minimum amount to get started is 0.01 SOL.

Important Notes

Please note that a commission fee of 5% of your staked rewards applies, along with the usual Solana network fees.

*The DeFi Wallet does not impose a lockup period for staked tokens, but there may be an unstaking queue of 1-2 days imposed by the network.
