Axie Infinity,an NFT gaming project, released a trailer for its upcoming game, Atiaโs Legacy, a massively multiplayer online (MMO) game set in the Axie universe. The game will introduce enhanced gameplay, NFT-based referral rewards, and improved elements such as 3D combat and mini games.
The United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) closed its investigation into OpenSea, which began in August 2024 amidst allegations that OpenSea operated as a marketplace for unregistered securities.
Additionally, Yuga Labs, an NFT conglomerate, said the SEC dropped its investigation into the company. The company was first probed in late 2022 to determine if certain NFTs were securities under US laws.
