How do I participate? 

If you wish to participate in the campaign, you may consider completing the following actions:

1. Sign up or sign in to the Crypto.com App (Guide)
2. Go to the campaign section on the home screen and tap LION Airdrop Campaign > Join Now
3. Perform at least US$10 of LION Net Buys during the Campaign Period

The top 5,000 eligible users* ranked by LION Net Buys** will be airdropped LION tokens. The more LION you buy, the more LION you stand to receive. Purchases with fiat or cryptocurrency on the Crypto.com App will both count towards your total Net Buy amount!

Eligible participants will receive LION rewards*** based on the amount of their qualifying LION Net Buys during the Campaign Period. This is relative to the total respective LION Net Buy pool, i.e., US$300,000 of LION, at the end of the Campaign Period.

Example:

Tony purchases US$2,000 worth of LION during the Campaign Period. He is one of the top 5,000 users ranked by LION Net Buys.

At the end of the Campaign Period, the total amount of the LION Net Buy pool from all eligible users is as follows:

LION: US$968,000

Therefore, he will receive about US$619 worth of LION based on the following calculation:

US$206.61 = (US$2,000 / US$968,000) x US$100,000

**‘Net Buys’ as stated herein shall mean the total US$ value of LION purchases in the Crypto.com App minus the total US$ value of a user’s sales and/or withdrawals of LION on or from the Crypto.com App, which may be expressed as follows:

• LION: Net Buys = Buys (LION) – Sells (LION) – Withdrawals (LION)
• LION Buy Volume: Refers to the USD volume of LION bought on the Crypto.com App by any of the following methods:
  • Debit/Credit Card Purchases
  • From Fiat Wallet
  • From Crypto Wallet (e.g. ETH to LION conversion)
  • Apple/Google Pay
• LION Sell: Refers to the USD volume of LION sold in the Crypto.com App or Exchange
• LION Withdrawals: Refers to the USD volume of LION withdrawn from the App or Exchange (pay and send transactions are also counted as withdrawals)
• The exchange rate of USD:LION is calculated at the moment of the transaction and applied by Crypto.com at its sole and absolute discretion
• Only Net Buy made after user registration to the campaign will be considered eligible

***The reward is calculated using the following formula:

• LION Reward = (Participant’s LION Net Buys ÷ Total Net Buys in the LION Pool) x Total Allocation in the LION Pool

• Crypto.com will disqualify any entry from participants who do not meet the eligibility requirements as solely and absolutely determined by Crypto.com.  Notwithstanding the generality of the foregoing, users who undertake any trades that are executed through bad trading practices, including but not limited to wash trades, false trading, self-dealing, or trades that display any attributes of market manipulation shall be disqualified from the campaign.
• By participating in the campaign, the participant acknowledges having read the Crypto.com Global Marketing Privacy Notice, which is published at https://crypto.com/privacy/marketing, and acknowledges that Crypto.com will use the information provided for the purposes of identity verification, assessing the participant’s eligibility to participate in the campaign and reward redemption.
• Rewards will be distributed to eligible recipients’ Crypto.com App Crypto Wallet in LION tokens by 4 April 2025.
• Crypto.com reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the campaign mechanics or rules at any time at our sole discretion without prior notice to you.
• In the event of any dispute, Crypto.com reserves the right to make all final decisions regarding the campaign.
