In order for us to distribute the hoodies seamlessly and efficiently, we will need the Mane Netizens to fill in this redemption form from 14 September 2022, 12:00 UTC – 28 September 2022, 12:00 UTC (“Redemption Period”). If a Mane Netizen does not complete this form by this date and time, they will not be able to receive their hoodie in this distribution batch. They will then have to wait for subsequent batches*.
Loaded Lions Hoodie Redemption Form
- Before submitting a form, Mane Netizens should ensure that they have their “Loaded Lion” and/or “Cyber Cubs” NFT(s) in their Crypto.com NFT account.
- One “Loaded Lion” NFT is eligible for one Loaded Lion hoodie only. After a hoodie has been redeemed by one “Loaded Lion” NFT, this Loaded Lion will not be eligible to receive another one.
- Each “Loaded Lion” NFT holder will receive an email with a unique verification code within one to two days of this announcement. They will need to provide this code in the redemption form.
- We will try our best to ensure that every Mane Netzen receives a hoodie that fits comfortably. However, we cannot guarantee that every “Loaded Lion” NFT holder will receive their preferred size. To ensure that everyone receives the closest possible fit, please indicate two size preferences in the redemption form.
- Please ensure each field is filled in accurately and appropriately. Forms that are fully and accurately filled will be prioritised for processing and hoodie size reservations.
- Mane Netizens who have submitted forms with insufficient or inaccurate information will be notified within three days after the redemption period to resubmit it with the correct details.
Delivery details
- Upon submission of the redemption form, Mane Netizens will receive a confirmation email that includes an order and tracking number.
- Mane Netizens should receive their package within 10 – 25 days after the redemption form has been processed and verified. Processing will begin after the redemption period ends on 28 September 2022, 12:00 UTC.

- Will I have to pay for the Loaded Lions hoodie? How about the shipping cost or any taxes for receiving it?
To thank you for being part of the Pride, we would like to send this exclusive Loaded Lions hoodie to you as a gift. Rest assured that you will not need to pay for it. We will bear the shipping cost for the first distribution batch as well.

- If I do not redeem a hoodie this time around, will there be more opportunities to redeem in the future?
Users who do not submit a fully completed redemption form by the end of the Redemption Period may not be able to receive a Loaded Lions hoodie in this distribution batch. You will then need to wait for subsequent distribution batches. Requests for Loaded Lion hoodie outside of the Redemption Period shall be subject to the sole and absolute discretion of Crypto.com, including being subject to shipping costs or, if required, additional terms.
However, please note that we will not be able to bear the shipping costs for subsequent delivery batches. The Cyber Cubs Booster and Pride Whales Booster will not be available for redemption after the Redemption Period.
- If I would like to purchase a “Loaded Lion” NFT in the future, will I still be able to redeem a hoodie?
Collectors can only claim one Loaded Lion hoodie for each “Loaded Lion” NFT they own. After a hoodie has been redeemed for one “Loaded Lion” NFT, this NFT will no longer have a hoodie associated with it and subsequent owners of this collectible will not be able to redeem a hoodie using it. To check if a Loaded Lion hoodie is still available for redemption for a particular “Loaded Lion” NFT, click on the corresponding “Loaded Lion” NFT in the Loaded Lions collections page. You can then check for a disclaimer indicating whether a hoodie has been redeemed for that particular NFT.
- How do I know which size will fit me best?

- Am I guaranteed to receive my preferred hoodie size?
We will try our best to ensure that every Mane Netizen receives either their first or second size preference choice. However, as there are only a limited number of hoodies available for each size, we cannot guarantee that every Mane Netizen will receive their first size preference choice. Please note that forms that are fully and accurately filled in will be prioritised for processing and size reservations.
