Crypto.com Supports Theta’s Network Upgrade & Hard Fork

Theta has announced the Theta v3.1.2, which will introduce a few critical updates including fixes for a potential liveness issue. The v3.1.2 release will perform a hard-fork to enable the new features at block height 12749952 at around 02:00 UTC on 8 November 2021.

Temporary suspension of THETA transfers on 7 November 2021

Theta has announced the Theta v3.1.2, which will introduce a few critical updates including fixes for a potential liveness issue. The v3.1.2 release will perform a hard-fork to enable the new features at block height 12749952 at around 02:00 UTC on 8 November 2021.

To ensure the safety of users’ funds during and after the upgrade, we will temporarily suspend THETA deposits/withdrawals in both the Crypto.com App and Crypto.com Exchange starting from 7 November 2021, 18:00 UTC.

THETA trading will not be affected.

We will closely monitor the situation and resume deposits and withdrawals once the network proves to be stable. Kindly refer to status.crypto.com for updates.
