  • Mythical Games and FIFA announced the upcoming release of FIFA Rivals, a free-to-play mobile football game set to launch in the summer of 2025 on iOS and Android. Players will be able to build and manage their own football clubs, compete in real-time matches, and trade NFT featuring iconic soccer stars. The game will utilise the Mythos Chain, a Polkadot parachain designed to support Web3 gaming.
  • The ME Foundation announced that the ME token, associated with the NFT marketplace Magic Eden, will launch on 10 December 2024. 12.5% of the total 1 billion ME supply (125 million tokens) will be available for eligible users, with an additional 22.5% reserved for future incentives. This airdrop is currently estimated to be worth over $300 million based on the current pre-market price ($2.43) on Whales Pro at the time of writing.
  • Azuki partnered with Aniplex, a subsidiary of Sony Music Japan, to expand the Fate franchise through Anime.com. The collaboration kicked off with the release of limited-edition digital collectibles for the novel series Fate/strange Fake on 23 November 2024.
