System Maintenance for USD Fiat Wallet and US Crypto.com Visa Cards

Update: System maintenance has been delayed and is scheduled to commence at 05:00 ET. Impacted services will be temporarily suspended on July 6, 2022

We will be performing system maintenance for USD Fiat Wallet and U.S. Crypto.com Visa Cards.

The maintenance is expected to commence at 05:00 am ET on July 6, 2022 and is expected to take approximately 3 hours.

The following services will be affected:

Crypto.com App – USD Fiat Wallet 

• All users will not be able to buy/sell crypto from the USD Fiat Wallet
• USD withdrawals will be suspended
• USD deposits submitted during this period will remain as pending; updates to the USD Fiat Wallet balance will be delayed

Crypto.com Visa Card – U.S.

• U.S. cardholders will not be able to use their Crypto.com Visa Cards to make any purchases
• All features in the Crypto.com App Card section (U.S.) will be suspended
• Updates to transaction history (U.S.) may be delayed
