Crypto.com App and Exchange to Support the Qredo (QRDO) Token Rebranding to Open Custody Protocol (OPEN)

QRDO tokens will be reissued as OPEN tokens on the Crypto.com App and Exchange

Please be informed that Crypto.com has completed the Qredo (QRDO) Token Rebranding to Open Custody Protocol (OPEN).

Existing QRDO tokens have been converted to OPEN tokens in a 1:1 (QRDO to OPEN) ratio according to the QRDO balances in eligible users’ Crypto Wallet in the Crypto.com App and Spot Wallet in the Crypto.com Exchange at the time of the delist.
Trading, deposits, and withdrawals of ERC-20 OPEN have resumed on both the Crypto.com App and Exchange as of 3 May.

Crypto.com will support the Qredo (QRDO) token rebranding to Open Custody Protocol (OPEN). As a result, deposits and withdrawals of ERC-20 and Cronos-based QRDO on the Crypto.com App and Exchange will be suspended on 30 April 2024, 01:00 UTC and will no longer be supported. Trading of QRDO has been suspended previously.

Following this, ERC-20 and Cronos-based QRDO will be delisted from the Crypto.com App and Crypto.com Exchange. QRDO tokens will be reissued as OPEN tokens at a later date, in a 1:1 (QRDO to OPEN) ratio according to the QRDO balances in eligible users’ Crypto Wallet in the Crypto.com App and Spot Wallet in the Crypto.com Exchange at the time of the delisting.

Important Notes:

Please review your QRDO balances immediately and take necessary action (e.g. deposit) before the effective date. For reasons beyond our control, you may incur a retrieval fee if deposits of QRDO tokens are made after the suspension on 30 April. Token retrieval may not be possible in some cases.

A separate announcement will be made when trading, deposits, and withdrawals of ERC-20 OPEN have resumed.
