Anchor Protocol (ANC) is now listed in the Crypto.com App, joining the growing list of 250+ supported cryptocurrencies and stablecoins, including Bitcoin (BTC), Ether (ETH), Polkadot (DOT), Chainlink (LINK), VeChain (VET), USD Coin (USDC), and Cronos (CRO).
Anchor is a savings protocol on the Terra blockchain that offers yields powered by block rewards of major proof-of-stake blockchains. Beyond offering low-volatility yields, Anchor aims to give the main street investor a single, reliable rate of return across all blockchains and a fixed income solution in the DeFi space. The ANC token is the native token of the Anchor protocol. ANC holders can participate in governance activities, such as discussing and voting for proposals that improve the protocol. ANC stakers will also receive protocol fees, and benefit more as user adoption of Anchor increases.
Crypto.com App users can now purchase ANC at true cost with USD, EUR, GBP, and 20+ fiat currencies, and spend it at over 80 million merchants globally using the Crypto.com Visa Card.
