As a complementary collection to ‘Crypto.com Land – The First Frontier’, we promised to equip you with all the gear you need to traverse the various lands, and we will. You’ve got your backpack NFTs, and now, it’s time to start filling them up with tools befitting an elite explorer.
The ‘Crypto.com Expedition Gear: Tools of the Trade’ collection contains two unique categories of tool NFTs: Core Tools and Elite Tools. More details on them and the perks they grant you below.
Benefits and Utilities
Tools are designed to make tasks quicker and simpler, and this is exactly what these NFTs will do. For Mane City Tycoons, they will assist you in Competitive Mode by boosting your Diamond generation rate, allowing you to purchase Diamonds at a discount, increasing your Gold generation rate, or raising the amount of experience points you earn. A maximum of 40 Tools can be used for the above benefits, and bonuses from Tools of the same type will have diminishing returns. Plan wisely and decide which tools best suit your strategy.
Beyond Loaded Lions: Mane City, these tool NFTs will lend you a hand in expeditions and treasure hunts that the Loaded Lions are currently planning for. You’ll never know which one will come in handy as you make your way through Crimson Dunes to Blocked Chain.
Core Tools
The Core Tools in this collection consist of 50,000 NFTs distributed across five unique types of tools. Their rarities are all equal, but the perks differ. Core Tools are absolutely essential, which is why backpack NFT holders on Crypto.com NFT at the snapshot date and time will be receiving a Core Tool Cache airdrop for each backpack held. Every Core Tool Cache contains one Core Tool NFT as set out below:
Elite Tools
Then, there are the Elite Tools. There are a total of 10 unique tool types here, with varying rarities and perks. Elite Tools are the cream of the crop, separating the best from the rest. While there eventually will be a total of 50,000 Elite Tool NFTs in circulation, only 40,000 of them will be made available for purchase at this point in time. The remaining 10,000 Elite Tool NFTs will be released in the future. Stay tuned for more details.
Airdrop Details
One ‘Core Tool Cache’ containing one Core Tool NFT will be airdropped for every ‘Crypto.com Expedition Gear’ backpack NFT a user owns and holds in their Crypto.com NFT account. Please ensure you have your backpack NFT(s) in your Crypto.com NFT account at the snapshot date and time to be eligible for the airdrop.

Public Sale and Early Access
‘Loaded Lions’, ‘Cyber Cubs’ and ‘Crypto.com Land – The First Frontier’ NFT holders will be eligible for the Early Access sales period. This begins 60 minutes before the public sale, on 4 October 2023, 12:00 UTC. During Early Access, 30,000 Elite Tool Caches containing Elite Tool NFTs will be available for purchase (i.e., at least 10,000 Elite Tool Caches containing Elite Tools NFTs will be available for the Public Sale).

Each user will be limited to a maximum purchase of ten Elite Tool Caches. The public sale window will last for approximately five days, ending on 9 October 2023, 08:00 UTC.

Rebates (if any) will be credited to your purchasing Crypto.com NFT account within seven business days after the drop concludes.
Notes:
- Please note that all airdropped and purchased collectibles will initially not be able to be listed or withdrawn. Trading will begin shortly after the public sale has concluded and no earlier than 5 October 2023, 08:00 UTC.
- “Core Tool Caches” and “Elite Tool Caches” will be gradually “revealed” from 10 October 2023 onwards. Please note that existing listings at the time of the “reveal” will not be cancelled prior to the commencement of the “reveal” process.
