Crypto.com App and Exchange to Support The Theta Network Upgrade & Hard Fork

Temporary suspension of Theta network transfers approximately at 29 September 2022, 01:00 UTC

Crypto.com will be supporting the Theta (THETA) network upgrade and hard fork which is scheduled to take place at the block height of 17,285,755, or approximately at 29 September 2022, 02:00 UTC.

To ensure the safety of users’ funds during and after the upgrade, we will temporarily suspend deposits and withdrawals on the Theta network in both the Crypto.com App and Exchange on 29 September 2022 at 01:00 UTC, until the network upgrade is complete. Trading on the Theta network will not be affected. We will closely monitor the situation and resume deposits and withdrawals once the network proves to be stable.
