Acala Token (ACA) is now listed in the Crypto.com App, joining the growing list of 250+ supported cryptocurrencies and stablecoins, including Bitcoin (BTC), Ether (ETH), Polkadot (DOT), Chainlink (LINK), VeChain (VET), USD Coin (USDC), and Cronos (CRO).
Acala is the decentralized finance network and liquidity hub of Polkadot. It’s a layer-1 smart contract platform that’s scalable, Ethereum-compatible, and optimized for DeFi, with built-in liquidity and ready-made financial applications. ACA, the utility token that powers the Acala Network, can be used to pay fees for native transactions and smart contracts. ACA can also be used in staking and governance activities of the network.
