In April, we introduced the Dollar-Cost Averaging (DCA) Bot in the Crypto.com Exchange. This feature enabled traders to hedge against market volatility by automatically trading a set amount on a regular schedule across a variety of Spot pairs.
We are excited to announce that Crypto Baskets, a new enhancement to the DCA Bot, is now available in the web version of the Exchange.
With Crypto Baskets, users no longer need to create one trading bot for every token that they wish to automate their purchases for. Users can now set up a DCA Bot for a basket of tokens, which automatically purchases their chosen set of cryptocurrencies at regular intervals over a preset time frame.
Users can create custom baskets to align with their risk appetite and investment goals. Alternatively, they can choose from a selection of pre-built baskets and diversify their portfolio in just a few clicks.
Several pre-built baskets include the:
- Top 10 Basket
- Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Cronos (CRO), Ripple (XRP), Cardano (ADA), Dogecoin (DOGE), Polygon (MATIC), Polkadot (DOT), Litecoin (LTC), Shiba Inu (SHIB)
- Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Cronos (CRO), Ripple (XRP), Cardano (ADA), Dogecoin (DOGE), Polygon (MATIC), Polkadot (DOT), Litecoin (LTC), Shiba Inu (SHIB)
- Smart Contract Basket
- Ethereum (ETH), Cardano (ADA), Solana (SOL), Polkadot (DOT)

A single cryptocurrency basket can hold up to 10 different tokens at a time. What’s more, users can create an unlimited number of DCA Bots.
Ready to get started with Crypto Baskets?
Here’s how to create your own cryptocurrency basket with the DCA Bot:
- Log in or sign up to the Crypto.com Exchange
- Navigate to Trading Bots and select ‘DCA Bot’
- Select ‘Create a Basket’ to create a cryptocurrency basket containing your desired tokens, or choose from a number of pre-built baskets
- Input the order frequency, duration, order amount, and allocation for your desired tokens.
- Click ‘Proceed’ to review and confirm the order details for your DCA Bot
- Click ‘Confirm’ to launch your newly-created DCA Bot!
Alternatively, users can navigate to any of the following pages in the Crypto.com Exchange to create a DCA Bot for the Spot market:
Grid Trading Bot
The Crypto.com Exchange also features the Grid Trading Bot, which uses the grid trading strategy and automatically places orders based on predefined parameters. Users have the opportunity to build their positions in the Spot market and profit whenever price swings occur.
Users can select Auto mode to set up a Grid Trading Bot in seconds or fine-tune the parameters for their Bot via Advanced mode. This applies to all trading pairs in the Crypto.com Exchange, including popular ones like ETH/USDT, BTC/USDT, and ETH/BTC.
The Grid Trading Bot does not incur any additional fees or charges, and users can create an unlimited number of Grid Trading Bots on the desktop and mobile web versions of the Crypto.com Exchange. For more information on Grid Trading Bots and the grid trading strategy, visit this page.
