Open Custody Protocol, formerly Qredo, enhances the security of digital assets like cryptocurrencies by offering various key management methods. It facilitates integration with different technologies like MPC, dMultisig, HSMs, and custodians, making it easier for web3 businesses. Its utility token, $OPEN, allows holders to benefit from the economic incentives of the ecosystem by participating in the underlying liquidity pools. Additionally, it features a relayer mechanism that links applications to a modular, permissionless custody protocol.
