- The 76ers x Crypto.com Getaway Giveaway Campaign is offered by Crypto.com to Crypto.com App users in the U.S. only, excluding New York State.
- All arrangements for the 76ers Away Trip, including a pair of tickets to a 76ers away postseason game (happening between 16 – 23 April, 2022), airfare tickets (Standard Economy Tickets), and local hotel accommodation (one room), are provided and arranged by the Philadelphia 76ers, L.P. The exact date and venue of the away postseason game will be revealed directly to the winner by the Philadelphia 76ers, L.P.. There will be no alternative prizes. Crypto.com is not responsible for any arrangements.
- The exact venue and dates of the away postseason game will be confirmed by the Philadelphia 76ers, L.P.
- Any trades that are executed through bad trading practices as determined by Crypto.com’s absolute sole opinion, including but not limited to wash trades, false trading, self-dealing, or trades that display any attributes of market manipulation, will not be counted towards the participant’s transaction volume.
- Participants of the campaign must have successfully completed KYC verification and all other onboarding procedures specified in the Crypto.com App and comply with all campaign rules provided by Crypto.com to be eligible.
- Crypto.com will disqualify any entry from participants who do not meet the eligibility requirements as solely and absolutely determined by Crypto.com.

- Winners will be notified via email (as registered with their Crypto.com App) within seven days after the campaign end date and will be contacted by Philadelphia 76ers, L.P..

- The winner and their guests will be required to comply with the local venue and the U.S. COVID-19 Policies to attend the event.
- Crypto.com is not responsible for paying any additional fees associated with the redemption or usage of the prizes, e.g. including but not limited to, travelling costs, personal expenses, and taxes.
