How it works:

1. Lock up CRO to reserve or upgrade to a metal Crypto.com Card (Ruby Steel or higher tier)* and activate it
2. Perform CRO Net Buys worth at least 100% of the CRO Lockup Requirement in the Crypto.com App during the Promotion Period.** CRO purchases made to meet the Lockup Requirement are counted towards this sum. 
3. Spend at any official Apple Store, physical or online, or the official Emirates website with your new Card within 30 days after Card issuance***
4. Receive the CRO in your Crypto Wallet within three months after the Promotion Period

*Only users who apply for or upgrade their Card and achieve a CRO Net Buy Volume of at least 100% of the CRO Lockup /Cardholder CRO Staking Requirement during the Promotion Period are eligible for the promotion.

• CRO Buy Volume: USD volume of CRO bought in the Crypto.com App by any method mentioned below: 
  • Fiat Currency
  • Credit/Debit Card
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Crypto (e.g., ETH to CRO conversion)
• CRO Sells: USD volume of CRO sold in the Crypto.com App and/or Exchange
• CRO Withdrawals: USD volume of CRO withdrawn from App and/or Exchange
• The USD to CRO exchange rate is calculated at the time of transaction confirmation

***Only the first transaction at any official Apple Store or the official Emirates website using the new Crypto.com Card will qualify for the promotion. Users can only claim the reward from one brand (Apple or Emirates), not both. Terms and conditions apply.

Example 1: New user without a CRO balance 

Tom wants to apply for a Jade Green Crypto.com Card, which has a US$5,000 CRO Lockup Requirement, so he performs US$5,000 worth of CRO Net Buys in the Crypto.com App. He then locks up the CRO purchased to reserve the Card. 

After receiving his Card, he uses it to purchase an Emirates Economy Class ticket within 30 days. 

He receives the CRO equivalent of the purchase amount (up to US$800) in his Crypto Wallet in the Crypto.com App within three months after the Promotion Period. Subsequent purchases from Emirates do not qualify for the promotion.

Example 2: Existing user with a CRO balance

Tom has US$2,000 worth of CRO in his Crypto Wallet and wants to apply for a Jade Green Crypto.com Card with a Lockup Requirement of US$5,000. He performs US$5,000 worth of CRO Net Buys in the Crypto.com App and locks up the total amount to reserve the Card. 

During the Promotion Period, Tom withdraws US$1,000 worth of CRO. To meet the Net Buy requirement, he then buys an additional US$1,000 worth of CRO. 

After receiving his Card, he uses it to purchase an iPhone 16 from the official Apple Store website within 30 days. He receives the CRO equivalent of the purchase amount (up to US$800) in his Crypto Wallet in the Crypto.com App within three months after the Promotion Period. Subsequent purchases from the Apple Store do not qualify for the promotion.

Important Notes:

• Only the first Apple Store or Emirates transaction will be considered for this CRO promotion in the event of multiple transactions found at the Apple Store or on the Emirates website within 30 days of card issuance.
• CRO will be sent within three months after the Promotion Period ends.
  • The value of CRO is determined on the date of CRO crediting to the customer’s account
• Spend must be at the official Apple Store only (physical or online), or on the official Emirates website. Any purchases with telco partners, electronic merchants, travel agents, and online travel aggregators are not eligible.
• In case of any return or refund, the original purchase will not qualify for the promotion.
• For existing Cardholders, the upgrade must be to a higher historical Card tier/ CRO Lockup value in order to qualify for rewards. 
  • Example: If a Royal Indigo Cardholder (with no staking) staked for a Ruby Steel card (US$400) or Royal Indigo card (US$4,000), then they will not qualify for the promotion as they must apply for at least a Frosted Rose Gold/Icy White Card tier or above. 
• Crypto.com reserves the right to review and validate the spending of all cardholders post-campaign before paying out the CRO.
• This promotion is offered by Crypto.com independently and there is no partnership between Apple/Emirates and Crypto.com in this promotion.
