The Crypto.com Prepaid Visa Cards are issued by Digital Commerce Bank and offered by Foris, Inc. All terms, applicable fees, and transaction limits may be found in the applicable Cardholder Agreement with Digital Commerce Bank pursuant to a license from Visa International. The Visa Brand is a registered trademark of Visa International.

Cards can only be loaded with Canadian dollars and not crypto assets. All transactions are denominated in Canadian dollars. ATM bank fees may apply. Rewards are paid to your Wallet App. Use of the Card is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable Cardholder Agreement and fee schedule.

The Crypto.com Visa Card is issued by Foris GFS Australia Pty Ltd, a holder of Australian Financial Services License No. 467462 issued by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission and pursuant to a principal license from Visa Worldwide Pte Ltd.

The Crypto.com Visa Card is an electronic money product and is not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). Any funds received by you are held in a segregated account so that in the unlikely event that ForisGFS UK Limited becomes insolvent your funds will be protected against claims made by creditors.
