Crypto.com: November 2021 Updates

November was another ATH month for us, as we continue to break new ground in driving mass adoption for cryptocurrency.

November was another ATH month for us, as we continue to break new ground in driving mass adoption for cryptocurrency.

First, we continue to drive momentum of the #FFTB global campaign with a series of outdoor billboards launched in 20+ markets. Some of these billboards are already on display in cities like Los Angeles, Singapore,  Copenhagen, Rio De Janeiro, and Tel Aviv, with more to be shown in the coming months. To top it off, we proudly secured the rights to rename the Staples Center, one of the most iconic arenas in the world, to Crypto.com Arena. This 20-year deal also makes Crypto.com the official platform partner of the NBA’s Los Angeles Lakers and the LA Kings.

On the product side, the beta version of our highly-anticipated Cronos Mainnet officially launched.

Thus far, it has achieved over 2 million transactions and USD 1 billion in TVL, while featuring projects like VVS Finance among others. We are encouraging more developers to build on Cronos through the Cronos Bounty Programme, which will grant USD 1,337,133.7 as the highest bounty, and a Hackathon that will last until 8 December.

Cronos is now integrated with the entire Crypto.com ecosystem, including the App, Exchange, and DeFi Wallet. Users can access DApps on the chain with just one click via the in-app browser on DeFi Wallet, making DeFi more accessible than ever.

In November, we also began issuing Crypto.com Visa Cards locally in Australia and Brazil, introduced an OTC Portal for institutional and VIP clients on the Exchange, and unveiled the Missions rewards programme in App, among many other exciting feature upgrades.

Lastly, we became the first cryptocurrency firm to complete the Service Organisation Control (SOC) 2 Audit conducted by the globally-recognised consulting firm Deloitte, further demonstrating our commitment to building the most secure platform in the industry.

Crypto.com is proud to launch a historic, 20-year naming rights agreement with AEG, the world’s leading sports and live entertainment company.
