Replacement of Bulgarian Lev (BGN) With Euro (EUR) for Bulgaria Users
Crypto.com will discontinue support for BGN on 31 December 2025

Please be informed that Bulgaria will be adopting the Euro (EUR) as its national currency on 1 January 2026, replacing the Bulgarian Lev (BGN).
As such, Crypto.com will discontinue support for BGN on 31 December 2025 (‘Effective Date’):
- Open orders and other services in BGN will be cancelled
- Limit orders and Recurring Buy schedules in BGN will be terminated before 31 December 2025
- BGN will be removed as a payment currency
How does Bulgaria adopting EUR affect me?
BGN will be discontinued as legal tender on the Effective Date and replaced with EUR. The fixed conversion rate is 1 EUR = 1.95583 BGN.
We recommend that users in Bulgaria review and update any active orders and payment methods in BGN before the Effective Date to avoid disruptions.
