POL App Campaign

POL, the native token of the Polygon network, is among the top 50 cryptocurrencies by market cap. Formerly known as MATIC, all older versions of the token on the Polygon network have successfully migrated to POL within a year. POL allows people to interact with dApps built on Polygon and it secures the network via staking.

How to participate?

If you wish to participate in the campaign, you may consider completing the following actions:

1. Sign up or sign in to the Crypto.com App (Guide)
2. Go to the campaign section on the home screen and tap POL App Campaign > Join Now
3. Perform at least US$50 worth of POL Net Gains* during the Campaign Period (Deposit Guide, Purchase Guide)

*POL Net Gains = Buys (POL) + Deposits** (POL) - Sells (POL) - Withdrawals (POL)

**Please note that only external wallet deposits count toward your participation

Buys are factored into the equation but are not required. The eligible trading volume is calculated from the time the participant opts into the Campaign Period

• Any trades that are executed through bad trading practices in Crypto.com’s absolute opinion, including but not limited to wash trades, false trading, self-dealing, or trades that display any attributes of market manipulation (‘disqualified trades’), will not be counted towards the participant’s transaction volume.
• Crypto.com will disqualify any entry from participants who do not meet the eligibility requirements, as determined in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
• The POL rewards will be credited to the recipients’ Crypto.com App account in POL within 90 days after the Campaign ends.
• Recipients will be notified via email 14 days after the reward distribution is completed for confirmation.
• The POL/USD exchange rate applied will reflect a market rate sourced by Crypto.com at or near the time of distribution, using a commercially reasonable method. 
• Crypto.com reserves the right to cancel the Campaign or amend the Campaign mechanics or rules at any time at our sole discretion.
• By participating in the Campaign, participants acknowledge having read the Global Marketing Privacy Notice of Crypto.com, which is published at https://crypto.com/privacy/global/html and understand that we may use their personal information for the purposes of assessing their eligibility to participate in the campaign, identity verification and reward redemption. 
• In the event of any dispute, Crypto.com reserves the right to make all final decisions regarding the Campaign.
• In the event of a tie, the reward shall be awarded to the participant whose trading volume was achieved first, as determined solely by Crypto.com.
