Notes:

• Participation in the campaign is strictly optional.

• To receive the PENGU token reward, users must link their Crypto.com NFT account to their Crypto.com App account. For the avoidance of doubt, PENGU tokens will only be credited to the Crypto.com App account linked to the Crypto.com NFT account performing the qualifying actions.
• The Campaign is offered by Crypto.com to Crypto.com NFT users who have successfully completed the identification process and all other onboarding procedures specified in Crypto.com NFT by the end of the Campaign Period.
• Crypto.com will disqualify any entry from participants who do not meet the eligibility requirements as solely and absolutely determined by Crypto.com.
• PENGU rewards will be credited to the recipients’ Crypto.com App account in PENGU tokens within 90 days after the campaign ends.
• Recipients will be notified via email 14 days after the reward distribution is completed for confirmation.
• The PENGU/USD exchange rate used to administer the campaign will be determined around the time of reward distribution at the sole discretion of Crypto.com.
• Crypto.com reserves the right to cancel the campaign or amend the campaign mechanics or rules at any time at our sole discretion.
• By participating in the Pudgy Penguins Campaign, participants acknowledge having read the Global Marketing Privacy Notice of Crypto.com, which is published at https://crypto.com/privacy/global/html and understand that we may use their personal information for the purposes of assessing their eligibility to participate in the campaign, identity verification and reward redemption.
