Crypto.com Is Supporting the Ethernity Chain (ERN) Token Swap and Rebranding to Epic Chain (EPIC)

ERN tokens have been reissued as EPIC tokens in a 1:1 ratio

Please be informed that the Ethernity Chain (ERN) token swap and rebrand to Epic Chain (EPIC) has been completed for Crypto.com users.

Existing ERN tokens have been converted to EPIC tokens in a 1:1 ratio according to the ERN balances in eligible users’ Crypto Wallet in the Crypto.com App and Wallet in the Crypto.com Exchange at the time of delisting. 

You can now trade, deposit, and withdraw EPIC in the App and on the Exchange.

Crypto.com is supporting the Ethernity Chain (ERN) token swap and rebranding to Epic Chain (EPIC). As a result, trading and deposits of ERN in the Crypto.com App and deposits of ERN in the Crypto.com Exchange have been permanently suspended. 

Trading of ERN on the Crypto.com Exchange will remain available until 11 March, 03:00 UTC. Withdrawals of ERN in the App and Exchange will remain available until 11 March, 03:00 UTC.

Target Price Orders and Recurring Buy

ERN Target Price orders and Recurring Buy orders have been automatically terminated.

Card Top-Up

ERN is no longer available for Card Top-Up. ERN as an Auto Top-Up method has been disabled.

Spot Trading and Trading Bots

Open ERN Spot orders and trading bots will remain available until 11 March

ERN tokens will be converted to EPIC tokens at a later date in, at a 1:1 (ERN to EPIC) ratio according to the ERN balance in eligible users’ Crypto Wallet in the Crypto.com App and Wallet on the Crypto.com Exchange at the time of the delisting. 

Please note that retrieval fees for depositing ERN in the Crypto.com App has been waived for two weeks until 24 March. You may incur a retrieval fee if deposits of ERN are made from external wallets after the aforementioned date. Additionally, fund retrieval may not be possible in some cases.

A separate announcement will be made when the token migration is complete and when EPIC trading, deposits, and withdrawals are enabled.
