Crypto.com Supports the Open Custody Protocol (OPEN) to Levva Protocol Token (LVVA) Migration

OPEN tokens have been reissued as LVVA tokens on the Crypto.com App and Crypto.com Exchange at a 1:1 ratio

Please be informed that Crypto.com has completed the Open Custody Protocol (OPEN) to Levva Protocol Token (LVVA) migration. 

OPEN tokens have been converted to LVVA tokens at a 1:1 (OPEN to LVVA) ratio according to the OPEN balance in eligible users’ Crypto Wallet in the Crypto.com App and Wallet in the Crypto.com Exchange at the time of delisting. 

Trade, deposit, and withdraw LVVA on the Crypto.com App and Exchange now. 

Crypto.com is supporting the Open Custody Protocol (OPEN) to Levva Protocol Token (LVVA) migration. As a result, trading and deposits of OPEN in the Crypto.com App and deposits of OPEN in the Crypto.com Exchange have been permanently suspended. 

Trading of OPEN on the Crypto.com Exchange will remain available until 6 March, 03:00 UTC. Withdrawals of OPEN in the App and Exchange will remain available until 6 March, 03:00 UTC. The following actions have also been taken:

Target Price Orders

OPEN Target Price orders have been automatically terminated.

Card Top-Up

OPEN is no longer available for Card Top-Up. OPEN as an Auto Top-Up method has been disabled.

Crypto.com Exchange

Spot Trading and Trading Bots

Open OPEN Spot orders and trading bots will remain available until 6 March

OPEN tokens will be converted to LVVA tokens at a later date in, at a 1:1 (OPEN to LVVA) ratio according to the OPEN balance in eligible users’ Crypto Wallet in the Crypto.com App and Wallet on the Crypto.com Exchange at the time of the delisting. 

Please note that retrieval fees for depositing OPEN in the Crypto.com App has been waived for two weeks until 17 March. You may incur a retrieval fee if deposits of OPEN are made from external wallets after the aforementioned date. Additionally, fund retrieval may not be possible in some cases.

A separate announcement will be made when the token migration is complete and when LVVA trading, deposits, and withdrawals on the ERC-20 network are enabled.
