4. The Campaign is offered by Crypto.com to Crypto.com App users who have successfully completed the identification process and all other onboarding procedures specified in the Crypto.com App by the end of the Campaign Period.
5. Crypto.com will disqualify any entry from participants who do not meet the eligibility requirements as solely and absolutely determined by Crypto.com.
6. The USDC rewards will be credited to the recipients’ Crypto.com App account in USDC within 90 days after the Campaign ends.
7. Recipients will be notified via email 14 days after the reward distribution is completed for confirmation.
8. Crypto.com reserves the right to cancel the Campaign or amend the Campaign mechanics or rules at any time at our sole discretion.
9. By participating in the Campaign, participants acknowledge having read the Global Marketing Privacy Notice of Crypto.com, which is published at https://crypto.com/privacy/global/html and understand that we may use their personal information for the purposes of assessing their eligibility to participate in the campaign, identity verification and reward redemption.
