Venmo USD Transfers Are Now Live on the Crypto.com App

Crypto.com is expanding funding options for US users with the launch of Venmo USD transfers, enabling you to top up your USD Account directly from Venmo - without leaving the app.

Until now, users could fund their USD Account via bank transfers or PayPal. With Venmo, we’re introducing an additional instant funding rail designed for speed, simplicity, and everyday usability. Once linked, your Venmo Account allows you to deposit USD in just a few taps, with funds credited immediately (minus applicable fees).

This launch further strengthens our partnership with PayPal and gives US users greater flexibility when managing fiat balances - whether you’re preparing to trade, invest, or simply move funds efficiently.

How Venmo Work

Using Venmo to fund your USD Account is simple:

• Link your Venmo Account to Crypto.com (one-time setup, name-matching required)
• Select Venmo as your deposit method in your USD Account
• Enter an amount and confirm
• Funds are credited near-instantly to your USD balance

All deposits are completed securely within the Crypto.com App, with no manual bank setup or external transfers required.

What You Can Do

With Venmo USD deposits, you can:

• Quickly add USD to your Account
• Complete deposits fully in-app
• Use a trusted, KYC-verified payment method
• Access funds immediately after deposit

Transaction limits apply: up to $3,000 per transaction and $5,000 per week.

Getting Started

1. Open the Crypto.com App and click Deposit
2. Click on Venmo as deposit method

3. Add Venmo Account and complete steps to successfully link your Account

4. Complete your deposit

Note that Venmo USD transfers are available to eligible users in the United States, excluding Maryland and Nevada.
