The crypto market saw its second straight week of gains, as Bitcoin pushed to a high of over $95,000, extending its April recovery. Notably, XRP outpaced BTC to a high of $2.39 on news that ProShares will launch three XRP ETFs on April 30. However, ProShares later declared there was never an XRP ETF launch scheduled as such.
Spot crypto ETFs saw $3.4 billion in inflows, a strong reversal from earlier outflow-heavy weeks, and a signal that institutional appetite may be turning a corner.
On-chain data backs the mood shift, with Glassnode reporting a 90% surge in ‘hot supply’ over the past week. Nearly $40 billion in recently moved BTC is now in play, as short-term holders and speculators return to the market.

A Short Guide to Crypto Liquidity
Liquidity refers to how easily assets can be bought or sold without causing major price changes. In crypto, liquidity is crucial for smooth trading and healthy market conditions.
Below are three key aspects of liquidity:

Crocodilus Malware Targets Android Crypto Wallets
A new malware is infecting Android 13 devices or later to steal crypto assets. Distributed via phishing websites that mimic legitimate crypto services, Crocodilus tricks users into downloading infected apps.
Its key tactic is a fake backup prompt that appears after login that reads: “Back up your wallet key in the settings within 12 hours. Otherwise, the app will be reset, and you may lose access to your wallet.” Doing so would grant attackers full access to wallets and funds.
