TouchCon describes itself as an advertising reward platform that scans Smart QR Codes (SQC) for advertisements and connects users with advertisers. The 'TouchCon QR' platform will randomly reward TouchCon users who scan the SQC in advertisements. Online and offline stores will utilize SQC with the goal of driving sales and brand promotions.
