Crypto.com App and Exchange to Support BNB Beacon Chain Network Upgrade and Hard Fork

Temporary suspension of transfers via the BEP2 network on 2 September 2022, 05:00 UTC

Binance has announced its BNB Beacon Chain Mainnet Godel Upgrade, which is expected to have a scheduled hard fork upgrade at block height 264,000,000, or approximately on 2 September, 06:00 UTC.

To ensure the safety of users’ funds during and after the upgrade, we will temporarily suspend deposits and withdrawals via the BNB Beacon Chain Mainnet in the Crypto.com App and Exchange. This will start on approximately 2 September 2022, 05:00 UTC. The trading of tokens available on the BEP2 network will not be affected during this network upgrade and hard fork. 

We will closely monitor the situation and resume deposits and withdrawals once the network proves to be stable. Kindly refer to status.crypto.com for all the latest updates.
