Crypto.com Supports Harmony’s Mainnet Upgrade

Temporary suspension of ONE transfers on 11 October 2021

Harmony has announced the Mainnet Release v4.3.0, which will introduce various new features and major upgrades. The Harmony chain will be upgraded at 19:00 UTC on 11 October 2021.

To ensure the safety of users’ funds during and after the upgrade, we will temporarily suspend ONE deposits/withdrawals in both the Crypto.com App and Crypto.com Exchange starting from 11 October 2021, 16:00 UTC.

ONE trading will not be affected.

We will closely monitor the situation and resume deposits and withdrawals once the network proves to be stable. Kindly refer to status.crypto.com for updates.
