Crypto.com NFT launches its first metaverse drop

We are excited to announce that Crypto.com NFT will launch its very first metaverse drop; a collaboration between DAVA and The Sandbox. DAVA is a collection of 10,000 on-chain humanoid PFPs that exist in the space hotel ‘0xDAVA’ within the Polygon galaxy.

To celebrate this partnership, we are dropping Mystery Boxes that contain DAVA humanoid PFP NFTs and a new collection of several DAVA wearables. These wearables will adorn your DAVA humanoid with The Sandbox’s signature voxel style. Create your own unique outfit and show it off to the community!

50 limited-edition Mystery Boxes will drop exclusively on Crypto.com NFT for auction, with prices starting from US$200. Each Mystery Box can be redeemed for a total of five collectibles – one DAVA humanoid NFT and four DAVA The Sandbox Voxel Edition wearables (one Helmet NFT, one Suit NFT, and two more randomly selected wearable NFTs).

About DAVA Humanoids

• This collection is limited to 10,000 NFTs.
• There are six slots for six different wearable types. Without any wearables on, the avatars are completely identical.
• Equipping wearables on all six slots guarantees a unique combination that cannot be copied by any other avatar.
• The Humanoid’s rarity score is derived from the wearables’ rarity score.
• The Humanoid’s rarity score is one of the scores related to the DAVA ecosystem, and periodic rewards are scheduled accordingly (Details).

About DAVA Wearables

• There are six types of wearables: Helmet, Suit, Background, Emotion, Helmet Addon, and Suit Addon.
• The wearables’ rarity is divided into six levels: Unique, Legendary, Epic, Rare, Uncommon, and Common.
• A wearable’s score is determined by its type and rarity (Details).
• Various styles of wearables are continuously minted and supplied.

About the Redemption Process

• Upon successful purchase of a Mystery Box, collectors who would like to redeem it for the five DAVA NFTs will need to fill in the Redemption form by 5 June 2022, 23:59 UTC.
• Once the request is received and verified, you will receive your DAVA x The Sandbox NFTs in the Polygon wallet address that you have provided.
