Part 1: CRO Lucky Draw (US$50,000 Rewards Pool)

One lucky eligible participant will earn US$50,000 in CRO. The higher the Level Up tier you subscribe or upgrade to, the more chances you gain:

• Plus – 1 entry
• Pro – 5 entries
• Private – 15 entries

How to participate?

If you wish to participate in the campaign, you may consider completing the following actions:

1. Sign up or sign in to the Crypto.com App (Guide)
2. Go to the campaign section on the home screen and tap Level Up Rally > Join Now
3. Successfully subscribe to an annual Level Up plan (Plus and above) or upgrade your current tier (Guide)
4. (Optional) Refer your friends* to the Crypto.com App and direct them to Level Up. Every referral who successfully subscribes to Level Up (Plus and above) adds one entry to your tally (max. two referrals). Both the referrer and referral must opt in to the campaign to qualify. 

*Please note that the App Referral Programme is not available for Crypto.com App users in the United Kingdom. UK participants can still join the campaign and enter the prize pool, but will not receive bonus entries from referrals.

Part 2: CRO Giveaway (US$71,200 Rewards Pool)

All eligible participants who successfully purchase an annual Level Up subscription (Plus and above) or upgrade their plan will earn shares of US$71,200 in CRO.

• Participation in the Level Up Rally (“Campaign”) is strictly optional.

• A minimum of 100 users must qualify for the giveaway for the indicated reward to be distributed. In the event that the minimum number of participants is not met, Crypto.com reserves the right to adjust the reward and/or the reward amount accordingly.
• The Campaign is offered by Crypto.com to Crypto.com App users who have successfully completed the identification process and all other onboarding procedures specified in the Crypto.com App by the end of the Campaign Period.
• You must be successfully enrolled in the Crypto.com Level Up Program at a PLUS tier or higher or have upgraded your Crypto.com Prepaid Visa Card tier to a PLUS tier or higher, and in either case complete a minimum lock-up period of twelve (12) months or commit to an annual subscription model pursuant to the requirements of the tier.
• Crypto.com reserves the right to cancel the Campaign or amend the Campaign mechanics or rules at any time at our sole discretion.
• The CRO rewards will be credited to the recipients’ Crypto.com App account in CRO within 90 days after the Campaign ends.
• Recipients will be notified via email 14 days after the reward distribution is completed for confirmation.
• The CRO/USD exchange rate applied will reflect a market rate sourced by Crypto.com at or near the time of distribution, using a commercially reasonable method. 
• By participating in the Campaign, participants acknowledge having read the Crypto.com Global Marketing Privacy Notice, which is published at https://crypto.com/privacy/marketing and understand that we may use their personal information for the purposes of identity verification, assessing their eligibility to participate in the campaign, and reward redemption. 
• In the event of any dispute, Crypto.com reserves the right to make all final decisions regarding the Campaign. In the event of reward unavailability, Crypto.com reserves the right to replace any reward with an equivalent value of cryptocurrency in its sole and absolute discretion.
