How to participate?

If you wish to participate in the campaign, you may consider completing the following actions:

1. Sign up or sign in to the Crypto.com App (Guide)
2. Go to the campaign section on the home screen and tap CRO Leaderboard Campaign > Join Now
3. Perform at least US$10 worth of CRO Net Buys* during the Campaign Period (Purchase Guide). 

*‘Net Buys’ as stated herein shall mean the total US$ value of CRO purchases in the Crypto.com App minus the total US$ value of a user’s sales and/or withdrawals of CRO on or from the Crypto.com App, which may be expressed as follows:

• CRO: Net Buys = Buys (CRO) – Sells (CRO) – Withdrawals (CRO)
• CRO Buy Volume: Refers to the USD volume of CRO bought in the Crypto.com Main App by any of the following methods:
  • Debit/Credit Card Purchases
  • From Fiat Wallet
  • From Crypto Wallet (e.g. ETH to CRO conversion)
  • Apple/Google Pay
• CRO Sell: Refers to the USD volume of CRO sold in the Crypto.com Main App or Exchange
• CRO Withdrawals: Refers to the USD volume of CRO withdrawn from Main App or Exchange, pay and send transactions are also counted as withdrawals
• The exchange rate of USD:CRO is calculated at the moment of the transaction

Notes:

• Participation in the CRO Leaderboard Campaign (“Campaign”) is strictly optional.
• In addition to the following rules, please refer to the Limited Offer Official Rules for further rules regarding eligibility and participation in the campaign. Users residing in the United States should consult the United States Specific Official Rules for Limited Offer.
• The Campaign is offered by Crypto.com to Crypto.com App users who have successfully completed the identification process and all other onboarding procedures specified in the Crypto.com App by the end of the Campaign Period.
• Crypto.com will disqualify any entry from participants who do not meet the eligibility requirements, as determined in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
• The CRO rewards will be credited to the recipients’ Crypto.com App account in CRO within 90 days after the Campaign ends.
• Recipients will be notified via email 14 days after the reward distribution is completed for confirmation.
• The CRO/USD exchange rate applied will reflect a market rate sourced by Crypto.com at or near the time of distribution, using a commercially reasonable method. 
• Crypto.com reserves the right to cancel the Campaign or amend the Campaign mechanics or rules at any time at our sole discretion.
• By participating in the Campaign, participants acknowledge having read the Global Marketing Privacy Notice of Crypto.com, which is published at https://crypto.com/privacy/global/html and understand that we may use their personal information for the purposes of assessing their eligibility to participate in the campaign, identity verification and reward redemption. 
• In the event of any dispute, Crypto.com reserves the right to make all final decisions regarding the Campaign.
• In the event of a tie, the reward shall be awarded to the participant whose net buy volume was achieved first, as determined solely by Crypto.com.
