We will be performing scheduled system maintenance for the Crypto.com Exchange on 1 Apr 2024. This will impact the Crypto.com Exchange and select features on the Crypto.com App, Pay On-Ramp, and DeFi Wallet, and it is expected to take approximately three to six hours.
The following features will be impacted from 23:00 UTC on 31 Mar 2024:
Crypto.com Exchange
All Exchange services, including deposits and withdrawals, will be temporarily unavailable.
Logins will be disabled on both the Exchange Web and App.
All open orders will be canceled, and new orders will not be accepted.
OTC Portal and OTC API Trading will be unavailable.
TWAP Bots will be canceled along with open orders. Users may recreate their bots after the maintenance.
DCA and GRID Bots will be paused and will be resumed after maintenance.
Fund transfers between Exchange & the Crypto.com App will be temporarily disabled.
The Supercharger and Staking (including Liquid Staking) features will be temporarily unavailable. Reward distribution will be delayed during the maintenance period as well.
Crypto.com Exchange API integration will be temporarily unavailable.
Users will not be able to log in to both the Web and App versions of the Exchange. Please cancel any open orders prior to the migration’s start time, and ensure you have sufficient collateral if you have open derivatives or margin positions to reduce the risk of liquidation during the maintenance window.
Crypto.com App
The following tokens will not be tradable via market orders, Recurring Buys, Target Price Orders, and Fiat. Deposits, withdrawals, and transfers will also be temporarily disabled:
The Crypto.com Visa Card will still be functional, but the spending power and staking features will be temporarily unavailable.
The Supercharger and Staking (including Liquid Staking) features will be temporarily unavailable. Reward distribution will be delayed during the maintenance period as well.
