By introducing this ACH Pull method, users can deposit USD via their linked US bank account and get credited instantly. The funds are available to trade right away, while the actual settlement occurs in the background over the next few business days.

1. What Is Instant USD Deposit via ACH

Instant USD Deposit allows eligible US users to trade immediately after initiating an ACH Pull deposit, rather than waiting 3 - 5 business days for settlement to complete.

To use Instant USD Deposit:

• Go to Wallet → USD → Deposit
• Select “Instant Deposit (ACH)”
• Choose your Plaid-linked bank account
• Enter your amount and submit

While the credited USD can be used to trade right away, it remains subject to settlement and standard safeguards. Only accounts linked via Plaid are eligible. You must have sufficient balance in your bank account at the time of deposit, or the system will block the transaction.

This upgrade is designed to shorten the time between deposit and first trade - a key metric for conversion and activation. Important notes:

• Deposits are still subject to bank settlement
• Withdrawals of the ACH-funded amount are restricted for 7 business days
• If the deposit fails (e.g. insufficient bank balance), your account may be subject to forced liquidation
