Crypto.com Is Supporting the EOS (EOS) Token Swap and Rebranding to Vaulta (A)
EOS tokens will be reissued as A tokens in a 1:1 ratio

Please be informed that the EOS (EOS) token swap and rebrand to Vaulta (A) has been completed for Crypto.com users.
Existing EOS tokens have been converted to A tokens in a 1:1 ratio according to the EOS balances in eligible users’ Crypto Wallet in the Crypto.com App and Wallet in the Crypto.com Exchange at the time of delisting.
You can now trade, deposit, and withdraw A in the App and on the Exchange.
Crypto.com is supporting the EOS (EOS) token swap and rebranding to Vaulta (A). As a result, trading, deposits and withdrawals of EOS in the Crypto.com App and Crypto.com Exchange will be permanently suspended.
Deposits, withdrawals, and spot trading of EOS on the Crypto.com Exchange will remain available until 23 May, 02:00 UTC while perp trading of EOS will remain available until 22 May, 08:00 UTC. Deposits, withdrawals, and trading of EOS in the Crypto.com App will remain available until 23 May, 01:00 UTC.
Crypto.com App
Limit Orders, TWAP Orders and Recurring Buy
EOS Limit orders, TWAP Orders and Recurring Buy orders will be automatically terminated.
Card Top-Up
EOS will no longer be available for Card Top-Ups after 23 May 2025, 01:00 UTC. EOS as an Auto Top-Up method will also be disabled.
Crypto Basket
Crypto Basket purchases and sales using EOS will no longer be available from the Effective Date.
Derivative Products
EOSUSD Contract for Difference (CFD) will be delisted on 22 May 2025, 02:00 UTC.
Please review your position(s) immediately and take any necessary action before 22 May, 02:00 UTC. Any open EOSUSD CFD positions after the deadline will be automatically closed at a price based on prevailing market conditions at the time of closure in USD.
Crypto.com Exchange
Perpetual Contract
The EOSUSD-PERP Perpetual contract will be delisted from the Crypto.com Exchange on 22 May 2025, 08:00 UTC. Kindly take the necessary steps to close your position(s) for the contract above before it is delisted.
Any open positions after the aforementioned date and time will be automatically settled* against the TWAP.
*Note: Taker fees will be charged for any automatic settlements
Spot Trading and Trading Bots
Open EOS Spot orders will be closed and active trading bots will be automatically terminated on 23 May. Users are advised to clear any EOS negative balances prior to the delisting date. Any open negative positions will be closed on the delisting date.
Soft Lockup
After 23 May, users will not receive any soft staking rewards for EOS.
EOS tokens will be converted to A tokens at a later date, at a 1:1 (EOS to A) ratio according to the EOS balance in eligible users’ Crypto Wallet in the Crypto.com App and Wallet on the Crypto.com Exchange at the time of the delisting.
You may incur a retrieval fee if deposits of EOS are made from external wallets after the aforementioned date. Additionally, fund retrieval may not be possible in some cases.
A separate announcement will be made when the token migration is complete and when A trading, deposits, and withdrawals are enabled.
