US$212,000 CRO Prize Pool

Every eligible participant will receive a share of the US$212,000 CRO prize pool, distributed pro-rata by net buy volume. 

Campaign Period: 26 August 2025, 13:00 UTC – 2 September 2025, 13:00 UTC

How do I participate? 

If you wish to participate in the campaign, you may consider completing the following actions:

1. Sign up or sign in to the Crypto.com App (Guide)
2. Go to the campaign section on the home screen and tap CRO Airdrop Campaign > Join Now
3. Perform at least US$20 of CRO Net Buys* during the Campaign Period

*CRO Net Buys = CRO Purchases – CRO Sells – CRO Withdrawals

‘Net Buys’ as stated herein shall mean the total US$ value of CRO purchases in the Crypto.com App minus the total US$ value of a user’s sales and/or withdrawals of CRO on or from the Crypto.com App. The exchange rate of USD:CRO is calculated at the moment of the transaction.

The reward is calculated using the following formula:

• CRO Reward = (Participant’s CRO Net Buys ÷ Total Net Buys in the CRO Pool) x Total Allocation in the CRO Pool

Example:

Tony purchases US$2,000 worth of CRO during the Campaign Period. 

At the end of the Campaign Period, the total amount of the CRO Net Buy pool from all eligible users is as follows:

CRO: US$968,000

Therefore, he will receive about US$438.02 worth of CRO based on the following calculation:

US$438.02 = (US$2,000 / US$968,000) x US$212,000

• Any trades that are executed through bad trading practices in Crypto.com’s absolute opinion, including but not limited to wash trades, false trading, self-dealing, or trades that display any attributes of market manipulation (‘disqualified trades’), will not be counted towards the participant’s transaction volume.
• Crypto.com will disqualify any entry from participants who do not meet the eligibility requirements, as determined in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
• The CRO rewards will be credited to the recipients’ Crypto.com App account in CRO within 90 days after the Campaign ends.
• Recipients will be notified via email 14 days after the reward distribution is completed for confirmation.
• The CRO/USD exchange rate applied will reflect a market rate sourced by Crypto.com at or near the time of distribution, using a commercially reasonable method. 
• Crypto.com reserves the right to cancel the Campaign or amend the Campaign mechanics or rules at any time at our sole discretion.
• By participating in the Campaign, participants acknowledge having read the Global Marketing Privacy Notice of Crypto.com, which is published at https://crypto.com/privacy/global/html and understand that we may use their personal information for the purposes of assessing their eligibility to participate in the campaign, identity verification and reward redemption. 
• In the event of any dispute, Crypto.com reserves the right to make all final decisions regarding the Campaign.
• In the event of a tie, the reward shall be awarded to the participant whose trading volume was achieved first, as determined solely by Crypto.com.
