Crypto.com Appoints Vivian Wan as Chief People Strategy Officer

February 10, 2026 – Crypto.com has appointed Vivian Wan as Chief People Strategy Officer to strategically structure the company’s workforce to support the expansion of its three new lines of business, while reinforcing its core operations and implementing enterprise-wide AI integration for performance and scale.

Over the past year, Crypto.com has announced three high-potential business lines. Most recently, founder and CEO Kris Marszalek announced the launch of ai.com, a venture focused on accelerating the arrival of AGI with AI agents that perform real-world tasks for the good of humanity. Shortly before that, Crypto.com launched OG, a new prediction market platform offering sports fans a comprehensive range of CFTC-regulated sports event contracts as well as additional event contracts across financial, political, cultural, and entertainment events. Late last year, the Company entered into a business combination agreement with Trump Media Group CRO Strategy, Inc., creating a digital asset treasury company focused on acquisition of CRO. 

Wan will join the leadership team to ensure the company’s workforce is strategically structured to support the expansion of Crypto.com’s three new business lines, while continuing to strengthen its core Crypto.com business and implementing enterprise-wide AI integration. In this role, Wan will play a central role in designing the operating framework that enables growth, speed, discipline, and impact. Wan will be supported by Mavis Liu, Crypto.com’s EVP, People & Culture. 

Wan has more than two decades of experience in transformation leadership across private equity, technology, and management consulting. Most recently, Wan served as a Managing Director at TPG, leading the human capital agenda for the firm’s Asia investment platform and partnering with CEOs and leadership teams across more than 30 portfolio companies to drive organizational and cultural transformation and operational scale-up.

Prior to TPG, Wan held senior HR leadership roles at Intel Corporation across China and Asia, and began her career as a management consultant with McKinsey & Company. Wan continues to serve as a Non-Executive Director of Asia OneHealthcare and a Governor of the Croucher Foundation, bringing strong board-level experience across international organizations. Wan holds a PhD in Physics, as well as an MSc and MA in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge.
