Crypto.com Exchange has launched the new VIP Dashboard, a self-service page that helps all traders understand their current status and how to progress toward VIP.

Whether you are already a VIP or working toward your first tier, the VIP Dashboard brings everything into one place. You can see your current fee rates or eligibility status, understand the requirements for VIP tiers, and track your progress in real time without needing to contact support.

What you can see in the VIP Dashboard

• Your current status and trading fees: View your Spot and Derivatives* maker and taker fees, along with your current tier or VIP eligibility.
• Your progress toward VIP: Clear progress indicators show how close you are to qualifying for your first or next VIP tier based on trading activity, account balance, or CRO holdings.
• What you unlock next: Preview upcoming VIP benefits such as lower fees, OTC access, higher limits, and VIP support before you qualify.

How you can progress

The VIP Dashboard highlights clear actions you can take to move forward, such as:

• Increasing Spot or Derivatives* trading volume
• Depositing additional assets into your Exchange account
• Growing your CRO balance

Each action links directly to the relevant page, making it easy to continue progressing toward VIP.

How to access the VIP Dashboard

You can access the VIP Dashboard at any time by:

• Opening the Profile tab in the app (bottom navigation bar)
• Clicking the Profile icon on web
• Tapping your level badge on the Trading page (still supported)

Whether you are aiming for your first VIP tier or advancing through higher levels, the VIP Dashboard provides a transparent view of where you stand and what’s next.
